Campus Card Online

Service Description: 

The Campus Card Office will only be available for replacement card appointments only between 10am and 2pm. To set up a time, please email campuscard@memphis.edu. The University of Memphis issues each student, faculty and staff member an identification card that bears their name and image, referred to as your Campus Card. This permanent identification card is used as the primary campus-wide method of determining privileges and accesses. Students must be currently enrolled and a photo identification (such as driver's license or passport) is required to have a Campus Card made. Alternately, you can also log into myMemphis, click on Account$, select campus card and complete the online process for replacement. For more information go to to the campus card website.  

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service? 

Requests can be made by Faculty, Staff, and Students.

To request assistance, please submit an online service request.

What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?  

Enter 'Campus Card Online' followed by a brief description of your request in the Brief Description field and enter a thorough description of your request or issue in the Details field. You can also add attachments if necessary. The more information that you can provide here, the faster and more accurately your ticket can be routed to the appropriate resource.
