Faculty Grade Change Application

Service Description: 

The Faculty Grade Change application allows electronic submission of grade change
requests, electronic approval of requests, and automated Banner entry for the majority of grade
changes made outside of the normal semester end grading periods.

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service?

Requests can only be made by Registrar's Office staff.

How to Request Service?

To request assistance, please submit an online service request.

What information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?

Enter "Faculty Grade Change" followed by a brief description of your request in the Brief Description field and enter a thorough description of your request or issue in the Details field. If your issue is with the application itself, note that it should go to Web Services in the Details field. If your request is to update the database due to the grade change being made manually in the Registrar's Office, note that it should go to Data Administration in the Details field. You can also add attachments if necessary.
