LogMeIn Rescue is a tool used by internal ITS and can be requested by a Faculty or Staff member. There are license limitations for LogMeIn Rescue; UofM has 25 concurrent licenses.

Request can be made by Internal ITS (LSPs), Faculty, or Staff.

What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?
Enter 'LogMeIn Rescue' followed by a brief description of your request in the Brief Description field and enter a thorough description of your request in the Details field. You can also add attachments if necessary. The more information that you can provide here, the faster and more accurately your ticket can be routed to the appropriate resource.
