Service Description: 

Software used by the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, Accreditation, and Academic Assessment to track the University of Memphis’ program assessment. Formerly known as TracDat, this software provides a flexible framework to help academic and administrative units organize, align, document, report, and take effective actions for improvement. The system supports efforts in data-informed strategic planning, program review, accreditation, and managing academic and administrative outcomes.

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service? 

Requests can be made by Faculty and Staff.

How to Request Service?

To request assistance, please submit an online service request. To request access to use Nuventive Improve (formerly known as TracDat), contact the Academic Planning, Assessment & Innovation Office.

What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?  

Enter 'Nuventive Improve' or 'TracDat' followed by a brief description of your request in the Brief Description field and enter a thorough description of your request or issue in the Details field. You can also add attachments if necessary. The more information that you can provide here, the faster and more accurately your ticket can be routed to the appropriate resource.
