Service Description: 

Softdocs Etrieve suite of products is UofM’s electronic forms, workflow and signature solution. With Etrieve Forms, users can take paper-based forms and build sophisticated, interactive electronic forms that are easily completed online. Route your electronic forms through a pre-determined, automated workflow with Etrieve Flow, and users can review, approve, deny, comment or re-route forms based on need. Softdocs Etrieve is a cloud-based application that allows users to send and sign securely and automate both basic and complex routing workflows.

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service? 

Request can be made by Faculty and Staff.

How to Request Service?

To request assistance, please submit an online service request. 

What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?  

Select "Softdocs Request" then enter a brief description and enter a thorough description of your request or issue in the Details field. You can also add attachments if necessary. The more information that you can provide here, the faster and more accurately your ticket can be routed to the appropriate resource.
