Service Description: 

Effective August 12, 2024, we discontinued the use of Zoom. We are confident that Microsoft Teams has reached a sufficient level of evolution to serve as our primary collaboration and virtual meeting platform. After this date you will no longer be able to access Zoom or Zoom recordings. Zoom Video Conferencing is Enterprise video conferencing with real-time messaging and content sharing.

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service? 

Requests can be made by Faculty and Staff.

How to Request Service?

To request assistance, please submit an online service request. 

What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?  

For service requests, please include your Affiliation, Group Name (ex: Alumni, Marketing, College), and a description of your request or please contact umtech@memphis.edu.

Note: Access to this service may be limited in compliance with sanctions announced by the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
