Desktop: Peripheral Recommendation/Install
Employees may need recommendations for peripheral devices for University owned computer equipment. ITS employees can meet to discuss your needs and provide a technology solution. In some instances, an ITS guided quote process could be required. Assistance with the install of peripheral equipment can also be requested. Limitations may exist in reference to field specific machinery, including research or lab devices.
Who Can Request?
Requests can be made by Faculty, Staff, and Student Workers/Graduate Assistants.

What Information Do I Need to Fulfill Service Request?
Information needed for submitting the service desk ticket will be Affiliation, Building, Room number, and information regarding the need to be fulfilled. If this is an install request, please have needed software available, if provided with your order.
