Service Description: 

Users that are having problems with their desktop or network printers can submit a service desk ticket for assistance of a LSP.

Who Can Request? 

Requests can be made by Faculty, Staff, and Student Workers/Graduate Assistants.

How to Request Service?

To request assistance, please submit a service ticket.

What Information Do I Need to Fulfill Service Request?  

When entering your request, be sure to include your affiliation, contact number, your building, and room number. Also include a detailed description of the problem you are encountering and the model of the printer, if available.
