Service Description: 

Users needing assistance gaining access to their university resources from off campus can request setup and training from an ITS employee.

Who Can Request? 

Requests can be made by Faculty, Staff, and Student Workers/Graduate Assistants.

How to Request Service?

To request assistance, please submit a service ticket.

What Information Do I Need to Fulfill Service Request?  

When entering your request, be sure to include your affiliation, contact number, your building, and room number. Please indicate the service that you are attempting to access from off campus; this can include access to your university desktop.
