Requests can be made by Full time Faculty, Staff, and Graduate Assistants responsible for website.

What Information Is Needed to Fulfill Service Request?
The following information must be provided: UUID(s) to add to OU Campus. Enter any special permissions in the Subject field; the name of the website that the account(s) will manage; any additional information; select your Affiliation (Faculty or Staff).
