Counselor's Closet

The Memphis Law Counselor’s Closet is a free on campus resource to helps students suit up for success by providing professional attire for interviews, networking events, externships and other professional opportunities.
What We Offer
Thanks to donations by the Memphis legal community, the Counselor’s Closet carries a variety of new and gently used professional wear for all students, including:
- Suits
- Dress shirts and blouses
- Dress pants, skirts, and dresses
- Ties, Belts and professional accessories
How to Use the Closet
To access the Closet visit Room 204, 2nd Floor Law Library. Access is quick, confidential and available 24/7.
- Try It On: Private fitting space and a full-length mirror are available to help you ensure the right fit.
- Keep What You Need: Select the items you need to help build your professional wardrobe. All items are available to keep.
- Check Out: To check out your items, scan the QR Code located on the door or table signage. This helps us keep track of items shopped, informs future donations, and allows for student feedback.

Want to Pay It Forward? We accept donations of clean, gently worn, modern professional attire year-round. Drop-offs can be made by appointment by contacting Jacqueline O'Bryant.
