Intent to Submit a Proposal or Contract

Your intent to submit a proposal or contract should be sent to the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) by email at osp@memphis.edu along with the following information:

• Sponsor,
• Solicitation number, link to solicitation, or scope of work,
• Your contact information,
• Proposal submission deadline,
• Draft budget using internal budget template.
