Late Registration/Adds for Graduate Students
If you are trying to register/add a class during or after finals of that semester have taken place:
- When you are adding a class or registering during or after finals for a semester, you must use the Statement of Grade Form.
- Bring the completed Request for Statement of Grade form and Schedule Adjustment form to Scates 107 for approval. Office staff will forward approved forms for processing.

Late Adds and Registration Process
After web registration has closed, students may request to add or register using the Late Add Request form found on the registrar's website.
