After activating your student account, log in to your True Blue Tiger portal (first-time users must create their True Blue Tiger account

After your enrollment has been confirmed, you will receive information in your portal regarding next steps, such as: 

  • How to begin the I-20 process (for admitted students who plan to enter the US with an F-1 visa)
  • If you are eligible, how to apply for the International Merit Scholarship.

EVEA

The Tennessee Eligibility Verification for Entitlements Act requires the University of Memphis to verify that students 18 years of age or older who obtain a state public benefit are a United States citizen or otherwise lawfully present in the United States.

This is an enrollment checklist item.  You cannot enroll for classes if your lawful presence is not verified.

Navigate to your Graduate Status Portal to upload your documents under Residency/EVEA or email a copy of your driver’s license to graduateadmissions@memphis.edu to satisfy the requirement.

Official Transcripts and test scores

You may have been admitted with unofficial documents, but official final transcripts and official test scores must be received by the end of the second week of your first semester. If your official documents are not received, a hold will be placed on your account. The hold will prevent you from registering for classes and can only be removed when your official documents are received.
