MEMPHIS LAW HOSTS ABA 19TH AMEND. EXHIBIT

Memphis Law is proud to host the American Bar Association's 19th Amendment traveling exhibit, "100 Years After the 19th Amendment: Their Legacy, and Our Future," in our Student Lounge from August 18-28.

The ABA joined with the Law Library of Congress to present this special traveling exhibit commemorating the 100th anniversary of women's right to vote. The award-winning exhibit features historic photos and detailed information regarding the story of the battle for ratification and outlining the challenges that remain.

The law school has put together a short video in an effort to give students and visitors a virtual visit to the exhibit itself, since our campus is currently closed to visitors and classes are being held remotely due to COVID-19 safety protocols.
